Writing the music for Dominique Snyers’ wonderful film was an exciting challenge. I loved the idea of writing music that would convey a sense of intimacy and freedom, of being part of the long winter spent between the confines of the taiga and the infinite space, of a loving family struggling with the challenging environment and the impending social changes.

I was very lucky to have the amazing contribution of 3 wonderful musicians: Nabila Trindade on vocals, Alessandro Saccone on double bass, Gianluca Donati on drums and percussion.

I really enjoyed the process and I hope you enjoy the result!
